2. A desire. 1 Timothy 3 :1
3. A willingly committed. 1 Corinthians 9 :16
4. A godly character. Acts 1 : 21
5. A wife/beloved who must be qualified for the
ministry.

1. Ministry work has working hours. That's Friday evening to Sunday evening
2. Ministry work consumes large amount of time
3. Ministry work expends energy and money
4. Ministry work is repetitive and regular
5. Ministry is supervised or unsupervised work.
